Gestionando el listener con dbaascli en DBCS

Dentro de las varias funcionalidades que tiene el utilitario dbaascli incluido en "Cloud Tooling" de DBCS encontramos la posibilidad de gestionar el listener de la base de datos.
Las acciones posibles son:

 + status
 + start
 + stop
 + bounce (restart)

Similares a las del comando lsnrctl (es interesante que al ejecutar el comando dbaascli nos indica la versión del mismo).
