Delete backups to cloud storage when deleting a database deployment	(Base image 17.1.5.0.0) When you use the Oracle Database Cloud Service console to delete a database deployment created using base image 17.1.5 or later, you have the option to delete all backups to cloud storage for that deployment as well. Simply select the Delete Backups option when deleting the deployment.
New DBaaS Monitor features	(Base image 17.1.5.0.0) DBaaS Monitor includes two new features: View information about database user accounts and password expiry for the accounts. See Viewing User Account and Expiring Password Information. On deployments hosting an Oracle Database 12c database, change the password for the TDE keystore. See Changing the TDE Keystore Password.
Jan 2017 PSU available for patching single-instance databases and Data Guard configurations	The January 2017 Patch Set Update (PSU) is now available to patch existing Database Cloud Service database deployments that host a single-instance database or an Oracle Data Guard configuration, provided that you use a command-line utility to apply the patch. See these topics in Using Oracle Database Cloud Service: For database deployments hosting a single-instance database, see Applying a Patch by Using the dbpatchm Subcommand. For database deployments hosting an Oracle Data Guard configuration, see Applying a Patch by Using the dbpatchmdg Utility. Note: when applying this patch to a database deployment created before early March 2017 (base image 17.1.5), you need to download and run an additional script after applying the patch.
